AFW to design the Club at The Paragraph

In collaboration with UB Heritage, AFW will be designing the Club at The Paragraph, a weekend villa and a “sanctuary of luxury and leisure” located within the western outskirts of Ahmedabad, India.

Double Win for Trogon Group booth design

Marcus and Hamish named directors

It is with great pleasure that we announce the promotion of Hamish Winstanley from Head of Design and Marcus Chua from Head of Operations to the position of Director. Hamish and Marcus have both been instrumental in shaping our operational success and global growth.

Marcus Chua

Marcus’s design and project management expertise spans hospitality and residential projects across various countries, including Vietnam, China, Singapore, India, Mauritius, Fiji, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Syria, and Saudi Arabia. Since joining AFW in 2006, Marcus has played a diverse role that includes business development and the setup and management of office management systems. He has been involved in a wide range of projects, from commercial and hospitality developments to master planning and has served as project design coordinator for the Westin Resort and Spa Cam Ranh, Lubimaya Residence, NeoTown, and the Les Salines masterplan.

Hamish Winstanley

A British national and Singapore PR, Hamish joined AFW in 2017. With over 15 years of experience with projects in the ASEAN region, he has overseen design efforts together with Andy Fisher, in addition to business development and office management. His diverse experience consists of residential, commercial, hospitality and institutional projects, but his speciality is in complex mixed-use developments. Projects that he has worked on at AFW include Embassy Zenith, Sattva Hamlet, Vensa One, Goldfinch City, and the Son Hai Apartments Complex.
