Last year has been so rewarding for AFW that we can’t wait for what 2026 will bring us. This wouldn’t have been possible without the support and trust of our clients, collaborators, and friends.

We’re excited to introduce three exciting projects to you in this edition of the newsletter: a mixed-use urban destination in Hyderabad, a luxury lifestyle sanctuary in Raipur, and landscape design for a residential scheme in Ahmedabad. We’re also thrilled to reveal pictures of our completed office building in Bangalore, Embassy Zenith.

We have completed Embassy Zenith, a 70-metre commercial tower that elevates the standard for Grade A workplaces in India. The building has secured a 10-year lease with Apple, underscoring its architectural clarity and operational efficiency.
