The Paragraph

The Paragraph is conceived as the central focus of the UB Heritage residential development in Ahmedabad. The 50,000 sqft clubhouse supports a refined weekend lifestyle with a structured mix of recreational, wellness, and social spaces.

Resort in Coorg

The resort in Coorg is nestled within a vast, lush coffee plantation, set against the dramatic backdrop of a striking mountain landscape. The project features private villas thoughtfully positioned amidst the rich coffee groves, each offering unparalleled views of a serene lake.

Smartworld Residences

Smartworld Residences reimagines an elongated, irregular site through strategic tower placement that maximizes built area while freeing expansive ground-level open spaces. Linear and clustered forms enhance light, ventilation, and privacy, while skybridges and landscaped connections create a cohesive, multi-level community.

Savyasachi Sarayu

We’re proud that Savyasachi Sarayu has been recognized as a World Architecture Design Awards winner! The landmark residential tower in Bangalore is an architectural response to the historic Jayamahal context, crafted carefully for climate responsiveness, natural light, and expansive views.

The project has been extensively featured in the press, including Archello, Archidust.
