Bagmane Memphis’ North Tower reaches third floor

We’re thrilled to announce that Bagmane Memphis, the flagship two-tower office complex within the Bagmane Capital business hub in Bengaluru, India, is progressing steadily with its North Tower now at the third floor. Set for completion in 2026, the project adds 1.4 million square feet of flexible office space, marking the final piece of the masterplan for the business hub.

Embassy NXT garners press acclaim

Our project at Embassy Manyata Business Park in Bengaluru has been featured in both Commercial Design and Architects and Interiors India. The Hilton Hotel building is defined by its striking floating cuboid design, complete with a mirrored facade and water features. The second hotel property, Hilton Garden Inn, stands out with a pixelated facade in ten varying shades of brick. Finally, the convention centre boasts a rooftop pool, event space for up to 600 guests, and a versatile ETFE canopy—an ideal venue for year-round events.

Marcus Chua offers insight into life after graduation

Earlier in March, Marcus Chua spoke at Singapore Polytechnic’s ABE End of the Year show. At this industry sharing event, he offered students an insider look at professional life after graduation by drawing from his experience as Director at AFW.

Supporting a Guinness World Record win

Andy Fisher played a key role in assisting LeVeL33 with their achievement of the Guinness World Record for “highest microbrewery in a building”: verifying the height of the restaurant in the building! The microbrewery is located on the 33rd floor of Marina Bay Financial Centre in Singapore.
