Luxury Residential – Hyderabad, India

AFW has commenced the design of an exclusive high-end residential tower in Hyderabad. Designed for the luxury market, the development brings together climate-responsive design, carefully considered planning, and refined living environments to create residences that respond to contemporary urban lifestyles.

IT Campus – Bangalore, India

We are also excited to be working on a new IT Campus in Bangalore. The project will create a future-ready workplace that encourages collaboration, innovation, and employee wellbeing through integrated architecture, landscape and shared community spaces. More details will be revealed as the project progresses.
Together, these new commissions reflect AFW's continued growth across India and our expanding portfolio spanning residential, workplace, hospitality and mixed-use developments.

Bagmane Memphis, Bangalore

One of AFW's landmark commercial developments has reached an exciting milestone. The first tower of Bagmane Memphis is now officially operational and has welcomed LinkedIn as one of its anchor tenants. Designed as a premium Grade-A workplace, the development combines efficient office planning with generous communal spaces and a strong architectural identity. Construction of the second tower is progressing well and is expected to be completed in the coming months. The building will soon welcome global companies including American Express and NVIDIA, further establishing the development as one of Bangalore's premier business destinations. AFW is honoured to have received the Hospitality Architecture Award at the African International Design Awards 2026 for the Sofitel La Corniche, Moroni, Comoros. The award recognises projects that demonstrate excellence in hospitality architecture through the integration of design quality, placemaking, guest experience and sustainability. Located along the dramatic volcanic coastline of Moroni, the project responds sensitively to its natural setting while creating a contemporary luxury destination that reflects the unique identity of the Comoros.
