Charisse Richli
Associate
With over 18 years of experience in landscape architecture and interior design, Charisse Richli has developed a design philosophy grounded in cultural sensitivity, environmental context, and the belief that landscape design should foster meaningful connections between people and place.
She adopts a holistic approach—integrating landscape, architecture, and interiors to create cohesive, functional, and enduring spaces. Her portfolio spans hospitality, residential, and commercial developments, with notable projects including Leedon Residence in Singapore, Alila and Marriott Hotels, and Xiao Jing Wan in China.
Before joining AFW, Charisse led her design practice, bringing entrepreneurial insight and hands-on project management experience to her role. Her early career at RT+Q and SCDA helped shape her refined design sensibility, emphasizing proportion, materiality, and attention to detail.
At AFW, she collaborates closely with the landscape team to create user-centered environments that thoughtfully respond to both built and natural contexts.
