With over 20 years of experience across India, Vietnam, and Singapore, Francis Patrick Basilio is a versatile architect skilled in all phases of the design process—from early concept through to construction. His work is defined by a strong technical foundation, a clear design sensibility, and a commitment to delivering thoughtful, high-quality architecture.
At AFW, Patrick plays a key role in leading and coordinating major projects across residential, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors. His collaborative approach and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams ensure cohesive outcomes and design continuity from start to finish. As an Associate, he also oversees quality control within the studio, maintaining the highest standards across all project stages.
Beyond project delivery, Patrick is actively involved in education and mentorship. He supports internship programs, teaches as an adjunct lecturer, and contributes to the wider design community. A passionate illustrator, he is a member of Singapore Urban Sketchers, using drawing as a way to engage with and document the built environment.
