Smartworld Residences
Gurgaon, India
Located on an irregular, elongated plot, the masterplan responds to the site’s constraints by using building form and placement as strategic tools rather than compromises. The towers are carefully positioned along the site edges and key alignments, allowing the development to maximise permissible built area while releasing large, contiguous open spaces at ground level.
The building forms are conceived as a series of linear and clustered volumes, calibrated to reduce overlooking, improve daylight and ventilation, and create a clear hierarchy of shared outdoor spaces — including sports lawns, event lawns, and landscaped courts.

Balacing density and quality of life
A network of elevated skybridges and landscape connections links the towers above the podium, improving connectivity across the site and creating a second layer of communal amenities, while keeping the ground plane largely free for greenery and pedestrian movement. Together, these moves transform a complex site into a coherent, connected residential environment that balances density, efficiency, and quality of life.
