Paragraph Club is conceived as the central architectural focus of UB Heritage — a 50,000 sq ft clubhouse positioned at the heart of the development to establish a strong identity and sense of arrival for the community.
Strategically located and elevated above road level, the clubhouse is approached along a clear and continuous axis, reinforced by the modified ring road and landscaped arrival sequence. The building’s sculpted, fluid form responds directly to this movement, revealing itself progressively as one approaches. Its dynamic geometry and elevated plinth give the clubhouse a strong presence within the masterplan, allowing it to read as a landmark rather than a background amenity.

A place of connection and retreat
The form is shaped to balance visibility and lightness — appearing almost floating within the landscape — while organising clear drop-off, circulation, and functional zones around it. This clarity of form and movement establishes the clubhouse as the natural centre of orientation, gathering, and activity within the development.
Internally, the planning supports a refined weekend lifestyle through a carefully structured mix of social, recreational, wellness, and leisure spaces. Public and private functions are layered vertically and horizontally, with smooth transitions between indoor and outdoor areas. These spatial sequences are designed to accommodate both active use and quieter moments, reinforcing the clubhouse as a place for connection as well as retreat.
A continuous landscape experience
The amenities at Paragraph Club are conceived as a continuous landscape experience that extends the architecture outward into a layered environment of recreation, gathering, and retreat. Rather than being treated as isolated facilities, the sports courts, lawns, pools, gardens, and arrival spaces are organised as interconnected zones that move seamlessly from active to contemplative.
At the heart of the landscape is a generous green setting that accommodates large community gatherings, informal play, and outdoor events. This open ground is carefully framed by formal tree alignments and shaded seating, creating both enclosure and presence. Terraced levels and amphitheatre steps subtly shape the topography, allowing the landscape to function as a natural stage for celebrations while maintaining a strong visual connection to the clubhouse.
Beyond this central space, the environment transitions into more active and family-oriented areas — outdoor sports courts, open-air fitness spaces, swimming pools, and shaded lounges — all linked by clear pedestrian routes and softened by layered planting. The landscape strategy balances structure and fluidity: formal planting establishes order and identity, while more naturalistic zones provide privacy, comfort, and a sense of discovery.
Together, the amenities form a cohesive setting that supports multiple rhythms of use — energetic, social, and quiet — reinforcing Paragraph Club as not just a building, but the living heart of the community.
